Hola from the depths of home. Longing for warm days of margaritas with my favorites & a much needed ME BREAK.
For now I will live vicariously through Netflix & memories that seem out of reach.
Point being I have been archiving lists upon lists of what I want to do with my work when this ban is FOREVER LIFTED … or even just lifted.
This is one of the first two ” Mini Sessions” I want to offer. I know this isn’t new, there are so many kick a** photographers that do this every year. That’s amazing. Typically I let them take the reigns on it & run but this year feels different. Clearly because it is. Now more than ever you appreciate your role as a mom. Your best friend’s role as a new mom. Maybe all your own mother has done or your grandmother. You don’t have to be a mom to appreciate the goodness & sometimes craziness they bring to the world.
As if now isn’t as good as any other time to think about A) Yourself if you are a mom and ALL you are doing to not only survive the days but make the best of it. Making meals around the clock. Washing clothes. Rewashing clothes. Washing clothes again or B) You know mom whom more than likely does exactly what I just stated.
So I was saving this for closer to what else but Mom’s Day but I need material. Yet again I needed some inspiration to just keep swimming.
These melted my heart & more importantly put a HUGE smile on my face. What started as a milestone session quickly turned into this. Moments with her mama bee that she won’t ever ever ever get back.
Unscripted. Beautiful. Frame worthy.
